With East Lake looming, this week’s event is the last hurdle standing between 50 golfers and a shot at the biggest paycheck in golf (not from the Saudis). Hideki Matsuyama pulled a 2012 NY Giants with a playoff-worthy performance last week after an up-and-down regular season, but will it be enough to catch Scottie Scheffler’s New England Patriots before the curtain falls next week? Over/Unders for the BMW Championship

This week is a bit of a wildcard considering the altitude and the venue which we haven’t seen for quite some time.

Still, it’s a par-72 which should see some slightly breezy but otherwise gettable conditions. When in doubt, I back these pros to play better rather than worse, and a 2-under round from these guys seems reasonable for this uninsured two-legger.
