HP 🍑 for the 2024 RBC Canadian Open

Early week research for betting the RBC Canadian Open 2024 on the PGA TOUR

If golf research were sexual…you’d be rounding 2nd base after this.

First Look: Hamilton Golf and CC @ Ontario, Canada

The downtime between majors continues this week as the PGA TOUR heads north after Davis Riley’s win in Texas. Much like the Charles Schwab, this week’s field is far from elite, but Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood and Sahith Theegala headline the group looking to unseat Nick Taylor as Canada’s national champion. The Canadian Open returns to Hamilton Golf and Country Club for the first time since 2019 when the aforementioned McIlroy captured the title, but the course has since undergone a significant renovation that will pose a new challenge to players and bettors alike. So to get you set for this week’s action, here’s what you need to know ahead of the 2024 RBC Canadian Open…

Over/Unders for the Canadian Open

I like a couple of heavy hitters to start the week with a good score on Thursday. Conditions up in Canada will be nice and dry with very little wind, and I’m hoping Kieth Mitchell and Taylor Pendrith can take advantage.

Both of these guys rank inside the top 15 in our Bet The Number model for this week which puts a lot of emphasis on distance and strokes gained off the tee. Rory McIlroy ripped this place to shreds with a final round 61 on his way to a -22 score for the tournament. It’s a par-70 this week, so we just need an under-par round from these two to get it done…
