Here are a few key things to know that may not have been covered on the podcast enough. Keep these in mind when narrowing down your bets and/or player pool.

• According to Fantasy National, the Top 10 in DK Points Scored (in No Cut Events) over the past 24 rounds include: Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Patrick Cantlay, Jon Rahm, Tyrell Hatton, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Sungjae Im, Luke List, Scottie Scheffler, and Xander Schauffele.

• Course is a Par 71 that measures 7,534. Course designer is Robert Trent Jones.

• This will be the first professional event hosted by WIlmington Country Club.

• In 2013, Wilmington Country Club hosted the Palmer Cup which was led by Justin Thomas, Daniel Berger, and Patrick Rodgers. Thomas collected three and a half points in that event.

• Per DataGolf, the optimal lineup consists of: Rory McIlroy ($10,500), Scottie Scheffler ($9,800), Cam Young ($8,900), Taylor Pendrith ($7,400), Harold Varner III ($6,900), and Wyndham Clark ($6,500

• Key stats that aren't normally regulars in the rotation, but should be considered this week are 3 putt avoidance, good drives gained, and approach play from 125-150 and over 200 yards.

• Leave salary cap dollars on the table in GPPs and even more than you're normally comfortable with. The field is deep and the pricing is soft. Plan accordingly. 

• Weeks like this, more than ever, are weeks where fading BAD chalk is a must. Cheap chalk should be avoided at all costs this week in DFS.

• Early ownership projections are for sure pointing towards using 2 or 3 guys in the $10 & $9K range along with some low $7K and $6K guys. The balanced build will be the contrarian lineup building method without a doubt.

• Based on all the press conferences from today and feedback we continue to hear from Wilmington...this is very much a bomber's paradise.
